Gourmet on the Grand River
Saturday September 10th 2011

Description

The Grand River is truly the grand river of South-Western Ontario. At one time, its southern portion was navigable by steamboats. This tour has developed a reputation as a gourmand’s feast. What could be better: rowing about 20 km to lose weight followed by a feast to put the pounds back on!

Itinerary

Start: 9AM

End: Mid afternoon

COURSE: 11-13 km in the morning to Grand River RV Resort. After  lunch we then row an additional 11 km back to Cayuga
