In September 2022, Canada is planning to host a FISA World Rowing Tour of the Bay of Quinte and the 1000 Islands. In preparation for this, a reconnaissance which attracted OAR members from the Ottawa, Barrie, Guelph, Toronto and Niagara areas was held on October 3, including 8 members who enjoyed their first ever OAR distance event.
