Tri-Club Coastal Challenge

Come and experience Toronto like you’ve likely never seen it before – the western lakeshore, harbourfront and city skyline, all from the water!

Collaboration between Ontario Adventure Rowing, Argonaut Rowing Club (ARC), The Don Rowing Club (DRC) and Hanlan Boat Club (HBC) is well underway to bring to you the first ‘Tri-Club Coastal Challenge’ on Sunday September 24, 2023.  

A coastal row in coastal quads, we will be launching from DRC near the mouth of the Credit River in the morning. Following along the shoreline past waterfront parks, wetlands, marinas and the mouth of the Humber River,  we will  make our way to the sheltered breakwater that signals our arrival at ARC and lunch!  The total distance for the morning is around 18 km.

After enjoying the hospitality of ARC, we will row approximately 15 km past Ontario Place, Billy Bishop Airport, the Toronto Islands and Cherry Beach before being welcomed at HBC for take out and post row refreshments.

Registration forms can be found below.  The tour fee is $140 which includes all coastal equipment needed, morning coffee/tea, lunch and post row refreshments. (Drinks at lunch are not included.)  As we will be launching and taking out at different locations, car shuttles will be organized closer to the event.
